MacroAuckland Research

Auckland Community Foundation's MacroAuckland Research aims to inform and inspire generosity by illuminating Auckland's social issues so that generous individuals and organisations can make informed decisions about their philandthropic giving.

The research examines nine issue areas across Auckland's communities:
Culture
Environment
Housing
Access
Safety
Economic Well-being
Employment
Education
Health

It is available as the MacroAuckland Summary Report (PDF) that was released on 22nd November 2011. The Full Report features extended chapters on each of the nine issue areas and expanded content with regard to what government is doing, Auckland's background and Aucklanders' Attitudes.
